For over 3 decades The OSSA Group has specialized in working with employers nationwide to help them increase the benefits they provide for their employees without additional employer costs. Our strategy is to design plans that provide optional voluntary programs to supplement existing employer paid benefits.
Through our large network of insurance providers, we are able to provide benefit opportunities unlike those offered by any single carrier. Because our benefit counselors are salaried, not commissioned, they have no incentive to influence coverage decisions. Our spectrum of products, service, and administration provides our clients with all of the elements needed to create a successful Employee Benefit Program.
